To help us find you faster tap the ‘X’ to pin your location based on estimated GPS coordinates with your location services on. Double check or manually enter your pick up location details for accuracy.

Enter destination to receive an estimate of trip price at the top of the screen in the grey box.

Tap ‘Pick me up’ to confirm your ride.

Help us find you faster > send message to driver.

Make sure you request the right vehicle > accommodate passenger.

Schedule your ride for later.

Before you tap ‘Book Trip’, select ‘Schedule your ride’ at the bottom left of your screen.

Enter the date and time of the desired pick up.

Then tap ‘Book Trip’.

How do I find my scheduled trips?

Open the app and sign in.

Tap the three bars at the top left of the screen to expand your menu options.

Select ‘Future Trips’.

Scheduled future trips will be displayed here.

You can view or edit future trips.

I just booked my trip and need to cancel. What do I do?

The option appears in the top right corner of the screen. ‘Cancel Trip’.

Tap ‘Cancel Trip’.

Select ‘Active Trips’ or ‘Future Trips’ if it’s a booked trip.

Edit the number of passengers (1 - 6 people) by adding or decreasing the amount.

Add and edit the note for the driver.

On an active trip that has been accepted, send a message in real-time by tapping the speech bubble.

The driver can reply and send messages. If they require more details about your location or have issues at your desired pickup location.
